A special project for different people
The Vi20 estate is located in the municipality of Falset, at an altitude of 285 m above sea level, facing southwest and therefore subject to significant solar exposure. It is 5.2 hectares distributed almost equally between vineyards and olive groves.
The soil is mostly granitic (sauló). It emits heat during the day helping the grapes to generate as much sugar as possible and cools quickly at night helping to maintain good acidity.
The rugged orography between the Montsant and Llabería mountain ranges defines a certain microclimate that is typical of the entire Priorat region. Despite the climate change that is affecting us, it is characterized by hot and dry summers and cold winters with little precipitation and always with a great contrast of temperatures between day and night.
